BMW Have always done some lovely colours in their 'Individual' colour palette. This is Techno Violet on my station-rat.
Is that a 330i club sport 'station rat'?

As per the chromaflair Rovers, who remembers the SOTW with Nissan reliability and TVR colour scheme?

Surprised this hasnt cropped up,

Dont know why but I love it,

Looked at the BMW X5 configurator the other day and its not wonder most are boring colours, unless you go "Individual" its all monochromatic colours or Brown.

VW used to do some great colours on the Corrado and Golf cab. Ice grey violet pearl was pretty special and the Blackberry on Corrado VR6s looked sweet. Also they did some really bright non metallic shades (yellow, blue and green) on the GOlf GTimk3 Colour concepts with part coloured seats to match. There are currently some awesome colours which you can get from Volkswagen Individual in Germany on the Mk7 GTis but they won't import them!!
I love a lot of the BMW individual colours and Audi exclusive ones too, shame not many people spec them. I saw a Java Green M4 at the weekend ,fabulous colour.
Maybe we should a campaign for real car colours!!

Whilst it's not a colour that massively stands out it is a colour that I think is very different and looks great.

What is this colour, I've seen an M3 in that and always wanted to know.
As I couldn't see a reply from my skim. The colour is called messing metallic.

Just had to change my Rebel Blue Volvo for a much duller dark blue Audi sleep

Great colour but I think you can now only get it on the official Polestar cars:
Love Rebel Blue - one of the things which tipped me back into a BMW over a V60 R-Design.

Not usually the shade I'd associate with a hot hatch, but Oak Green looks great

Or laser green

VW Helios Blue
Saab Viggen Blue
Arden Blue (every VXR should be this colour, and it's a shame they dropped it)
Reims blue (evo 6)

And out with the blue theme - Jerez black. Which I guess in a way is very dark blue in some lights

I've always been drawn to the more diverse colours although had to settle on a modernish Porsche colour (Iris Blue) with my 70's classic. Have always rather fancied spraying it something lurid come restoration-time!!
Love Techno violet...when I was younger and lusting over the e36 m3, this is the colour I would have specced it....

I agree. Though anyone know the name of the colour on the pink Espada on page 1?
