Not usually a brown car fan, but this works for me. Had a really great brown/ mustard interior as well

Amazing the difference strong sunlight makes to paintwork. Even in urban Northern England.
Very few of the modern blacks seem to be black, they are more a semi-metallic dark grey in comparison to my old Sierra's Ford Black, which when polished is almost liquid. The recession white / resale silver problem Makes it so frustrating when you are trying to buy a new (second hand) car that is only a few years old

Love the brown Merc. Not my pic but in a similar way this looks great too.
I had an E46 compact a few years back in "Ambra" which was an orange/bronze mix.
You could argue someone knocked two paint tins over in the factory to create it.
Definitely a marmite colour (I liked it) and you could never argue it was boring.
I tried for over a year to buy an Intelagos Blue E90 M3 4-door (missed out on one by a day)
I've since relented and just bought an Estoril m135i which although a common colour still looks nice
These days.
Loved my LeMans Blue 325.
We also have a Tahiti Giallo 500f.
We don't do boring shades in this house
And lastly, how about a lovely Healey, taken on a summers day in Cornwall.
