All these colours can look good on new stuff. I love seeing wild colours on new cars.
TVR purple is really gorgeous. I remember seeing a purple Cerbera as a kid. I'll own one someday....
French racing blue Bugatti Type 45. Incredible. Seen a few at car shows, and again, a fantastic colour for sure.
And of course, a classic Aston Martin race car, in British Racing Green. Delicious.
And if we're including race car liveries, for me, the JPS colour scheme is possibly the one to beat. It is truly a classic design. So many to choose from, but this takes top spot.

Very often the only no cost colour is a pavement grey colour, as with Volkswagen, or navy blue, as with Vauxhall. Minis are strange in that the £750 Mini Yours colour is a dark solid blue and is more expensive than any other option. I've only ever seen it on an otherwise standard Mini One with plastic wheeltrims. I recall my grandad would never pay for any extras on a car and always chose the base model. That still allowed a wide range of interesting and bright colours to choose from. He once had a Mint Green Vauxhall Corsa that was particularly vivid and that replaced a turquoise Nova.
The Nova was a turquoise Spin special edition like this, he would sometimes buy a special edition if the dealer had one in stock to do a deal on, but someone stole the white wheeltrims and the only replacements he could get were grey ones which annoyed my grandma greatly because the white wheeltrims with the red Vauxhall logo looked quite good.
