Whilst I was never a fan of Dakar Yellow - that colour really had grown on me. However I am a massive fan of the Estoril Blue on my E36 M3:

Can't believe we are 3 pages in and there is no mention of a Scandal green S1 elise... the colour was (only just) better than the name..

I wanted a Sport160 in scandal green, easier to find rocking horse poop at the time, so I settled for an Azure blue S1, still a great colour.

now I drive a volvo... a beige one. (well I will soon when the XC60 lease arrives, and it's grey not beige - what kids and a dog does to your car aspirations hey!)

My most recent purchase. Can't understand why people don't want 70's poo brown cars any more smile

Brilliant blue SLC. Think this colour really suits the new SLC and C Coupe.

Indeed, how many red Ferraris does one need to see, they all blend into one. And... how many of the 50 different shades of grey do Aston Martin buyers always to chose from, boring!

Whilst it's not a colour that massively stands out it is a colour that I think is very different and looks great.

This was rare for a reason I would imagine?

Ford Focus RS Nitrous Blue. I may be biased as I am about to take delivery of one, however, when I first seen one on a sunny day last March I was amazed at the colour, in all the photo's I had seen it looked almost gloss like, but in the sun it "pops" really well and is in fact metallic (I think thats what you refer to it as). As I said. it doesn't really show up in photos and it doesn't even show up in the flesh under poor light but it is IMO a fantastic colour:-

Just had to change my Rebel Blue Volvo for a much duller dark blue Audi sleep

Great colour but I think you can now only get it on the official Polestar cars:
It's no longer available on the normal models, true, it appears to have been replaced with a colour called "Power Blue".

Which is surprising as it seemed popular - the R Design V40s in Rebel Blue are everywhere around these parts.

I saw some of the greens in the pictures above it reminded me of this:

My jury is still out. I think that, though I like the satin finish I'm not sure I like the green.

Phwoar lick

You simply couldn't own one of those in a "sensible" colour IMO.

I never thought I would warm to this colour. It changes so much in different light, which I suppose keeps it interesting.

Ah yes, aka "Chernobyl Kermit".

My S1 Elise was also Azure Blue; lovely colour.

Personally, this does it for me from a colour perspective:

I'm just going to leave this here in defence of Grey which is actually Grey Black:
