This is my running schedule for all of our cars, 2 carbed, one injection, one diesel, ranging from 120k to 234k, 12 years to 28 years old.
I over service the oil and I'm very free with the revs at any time, with the engine HOT. Does them the world of good.

There's enough around about DPFs already! I wouldn't aim for the limiter as such (2 of mine haven't got them!) but near it is fine.
