Been checking regular mate, including spam folder. Never had any messages at all!

Guess I'll just buy it when it comes out. I'll look at the pledge as a donation, not sure what's gone wrong, but I know it's not your fault.

I've just been through the hundreds of names of backers. I do have one person who has not replied to the survey asking for address details with the initials J.O. The surname is Ogden, backer number 51.

Just discovered that Kickstarter e-mails were being bounced by AOL. Have changed my e-mail address with them to a GMail one which seems to work and have updated the shipping address details. Hope that will result in my book coming.

What are the shortcomings of Hotmail? What would you recommend instead?

I've had a Hotmail account since the beginning of time, and was very close to dumping it a few years ago, due to the quantity of spam their servers let through.

All of a sudden, unprompted by me, Microsoft sent me (and I would imagine thousands of others) an eMail, apologising for their rubbish spam filters, saying they would be putting new ones in.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and a few years down the line, I'm receiving very little spam, so they were as good as their word.

Rich, I owe you an apology! As I registered with Kickstarter via my FB account and cant remember which email address I used, chances are you did send me an email and I didn't get it. Either way I logged onto Kickstarter and responded to the message there.

Shirley in this day an age the book signings should be done on a FB livestream?
