I'm a bit late to the party this time but seeing as I enjoyed the last one so much I've just pledged.

Pledged on Kickstarter a little while ago.

Any chance of a deal on the pdf AND the actual book? I'll even come and fetch it to save postage!

Would love to, but can't change the way KickStarter is set up, sorry. For what it's worth it's cheaper now than it'll be on Amazon afterwards!

There's a cuppa of you want to collect. You're one of the few PHers who've ever been to my house wink
Group collection!!

I was thinking of doing a book launch event thing, actually. I wonder if any others would be interested. I'm not opening my place up to you fruitloops, maybe we could do it at a decent boozer or have a meet or something. I could sign and hand over copies then.
I'm up for that. Peak District?

I was thinking someone where a bit more central, there used to be a meet at Ashby Folville (Leics) which is a nice spot.
I'd be there

Not a confession..
But a lifetime ago...once upon a time......
...a friend I knew was rather tight with cash.

He bought a brand new car... and every 6 months.... he hired an identical hire car with pretty much nada miles on the clock.
He swapped every single piece of kit he could.

Tyres, wheels ( if identical ), brake pads, wipers, spark plugs etc
Spare tyres... were replaced

One time - almost the entire interior was replaced.
The list went on and on...

A great read & a two-fingered salute to the unsmiling car snobs & Supercar owners so up themselves.

Thanks, Steven!

Now at double the target on KickStarter (!)

It'll be cheaper to 'pre-order' via KickStarter than to buy on Amazon afterwards, plus you'll get a rambling message from me in the cover, too.
can we have a link please?

I'm also writing a will.
As long as you're not taking the billions you've made from your car books and bequeathing it to BRAKE.... hehe
