Right - gonna do a book signing / launch thing. Probably in Leicestershire because a) it's central and b) it's where I live. Would any of you folks kindly backing this nonsense be up for that?
I'd be up for it. Bonus points for anyone who turns up in a car featured! hehe

Just punched my giro details into the interweb. On the basis that £12 gets you a Big Mac, 10 Marlboro lights and a bottle of Bucky I didn't do this lightly either. Hope I have snuck (memo to self check that it a word) in before Peter Purves shuts down Junior Kickstarter

I'd try and make that. Especially if there was a promise of scantily clad young ladies wandering around the gaff holding up signs and stuff. And goodie bags. And beer, obvs.

That really needs following with some random quotes from people talking about something completely different;

"The automotive counterpart to the Bay of Pigs." Brock Yates

"What we're dealing with here is a complete lack of respect for the law" Sheriff Bufort T Justice

"Nothing handles better than a rented car. You can go faster, turn corners sharper, and put the transmission into reverse while going forward at a higher rate of speed in a rented car than in any other kind." P.J. O'Rourke

Did you know that the much debated "Pedal Dance" that fully disables the ESP on a GT86/BRZ also works on that Yaris/Corolla hire car smile

Just sayin'

Nah, that'll just be the Kickstarter time-limit expiring. Looks like it was funded long ago...

I'd be up for a launch party in Leicestershire.

Pick a pub! (although could we avoid plastic lager).

There's a decent sized car park at the gate hangs well, Syston. Nice bar and a few real ales on the go.
