I reckon the driver did not have a licence or speak english, hence the passenger getting out.
Apparently

"The footage continues for a further 15 mins during which time they do their utmost to avoid providing any details. Instead, asking me if I had insurance, telling me they're sure I am fine and my bike won't cost much to fix.
If I hadn't had the cam on I think they might have driven off planning to deny everything!
When the driver did eventually exit the car, his eyes looked cloudy and he squinted a lot, often tilting his head back to improve his view. The driver didn't speak much English and I'm really not sure he's legal to be driving. Police are on the case but I haven't heard anything back yet.
Insurers have accepted liability, but pretty difficult not to with footage like that.
Pure chance I had the cam running that morning, I don't normally switch it on until I hit the trails. I didn't make the trails that day or since but I'm fixing up slowly, dosed up on pain killers.
Had ct scan on my neck which showed no bone/spine damage.
An instinctive lift of the right leg above bonnet height milliseconds before impact saved my right ankle from being smashed to pieces. Only noticed it during slomo playback afterwards."

It has been removed. It was one of the better videos on here.

Do the videos get removed at the request of the police if it ends up a criminal matter? Or has he sold it to a paper?

The guy might want to edit that before posting it online since he just filmed himself hitting 97mph.
Account has a bunch of random unrelated dashcam videos so I doubt it's the original person who filmed it

How the hell do they get to that speed???
It's China, trucks aren't speed limited there but even so, 50-60mph likely so would seem fast compared to everything else.

fk me! It genuinely puzzles me as to how some people can make such obviously bad decisions when driving. confused
In almost every case it was the lack of 'look before pulling out' that causes the accident.
Many of the camera cars simply pulled out in front of someone who was already overtaking.
Most, if not all of the observed (by DCW) accidents were caused by the same thing, by the cars ahead of them, aside from a couple of obvious attempts to simply force the overtaking car off the road.

I hope you're not a lorry driver. rolleyes

Was WAY too close given a)his speed b)it was a lorry c)he was passing a cyclist.

He was forced to cut back in on the cyclist due to the oncoming car as he'd completely misjudged his pass. Or he didn't care.

It really was.

I think the initial gap wasn't too bad, not great but not terrible, it was the fact the lorry had to cut back in so sharply and therefore the gap at the end is definitely too small (given the speed and the fact it's a lorry).

What a douchebag!

Sits himself in the BMW's blindspot, effectively makes a lane change blocking the car off and then gets in a paddy about it when it's all his fault.

BMW should've run him over! biggrin

Deserves to die. He was in the wrong lane and went ape at the BMW who was trying to avoid a shunt...

I'd love to find the original clip.

Yep - out for an argument. Probably his mates riding in a string like that that kept the BMW out of his preferred lane in the first place. Either way he could have easily taken the left of the two A20 lanes and accelerated cleanly away out of any remote risk of trouble. Instead he choses to be a prize bellend.

BMW man approaches the roundabout in the straight on or right turn lane, and then moves into the right turn lane on the roundabout, effectively telling everyone he's turning right. I do agree that the biker should have anticipated that a car driver (especially of a German marque) is likely to suddenly veer into his lane without looking or signalling, so wasn't positioned well.
