so i'm assuming the mini was along side and as the one that beeped?

where was he expecting the lorry to go?

and i know its the lorry drivers fault but just the fact that the mini muppet's new mini now has SCANIA imprinted in the back of it and he will have to go through all the insurance crap and get screwed next time he renews is worth it!!

his face as the lorry grew bigger in his RVM must have been a picture!!

Ha

Clue is in the word "lorry". They don't just stop on 10p piece, especially if they're carrying a load and some plum brakes to a stop for no reason.

Thats not 100% correct, and in this case with this footage I think the outcome would be different.

One of the comments to that video says Mini operative was fined and banned.

i was referring to fault of claim mainly

mini can be done for dangerous driving BUT there was a pretty large distance between the mini and lorry and its up to the lorry to ensure he has the required stopping distances

its a real grey area and even more so outside of any crash for cash fraud

The heavy had a fantastic stopping distance until the moron in the MINI crossed solid lines to cut in on him and revenge brake test him... The lorry driver could have had a 2 mile gap with the car in front, but if the plonker in the MINI is going to cut in a foot in front of him and slam on, it doesn't matter does it? As someone said above, a loaded HGV isn't something you stop on a sixpence. I derive great schadenfreude seeing these brake testing idiots being rammed by their victims. They seem to be under the illusion that their target won't want a creased bumper, so to see their own invariably nearly new P&J punted down the road does raise a smirk. I'd pay real cash money to see their faces/reaction when it didn't go quite how they'd planned.

I assume you are referring to 2.00 ?

If so...

Yes, it's crazy on that bridge, you really have to keep to the walking side.

Honestly they should get rid of the cycling lane as you wil never, ever stop tourists strolling about looking at what is a quite spectacular landmark and people are getting hurt.

The cyclist is an arse he moves out of the cycle lane when the pedestrians thin out, that snot much difference to the pedestrians moving out of their lane. Especially when he is riding like a pillock with his trousers on fire and a poker up his ass

What an idiot that BMW driver was.

However, notice, the reactions of the cyclist. :-)
May that be a lesson to the people who yell out the registration plate in some sort of army-like fashion.

First comment links to another vid from the same poster, of the same reg. plate, doing another piss-poor overtake when the other lane was completely empty.

That guy needs taking off the road immediately.
