Van brake checks truck, gets hit.

Other drivers were lucky the ladder didn't come off completely. That sort of retarded driving by the van driver should result in a lengthy ban and vehicle crushed imho.

From the comments of that video... 'The tractor trailer is fully loaded to 40 tons GCW. '

from the way that woman got out of her audi and started touching his shoulder it seems like she wanted to get rear ended.

I've been back a few pages and couldn't see it, but have we had the Z4 causing the pile up on motorway, pulls out into traffic off slip road traffic (description hopefully saves people rewatching)

stopping because an old man is stood on the pavement doesn't work, spotting a car pulling out of a turning that you are going to pull into is not confusing - it benefits both drivers.
See my previous post.

It benefits both drivers IF the driver pulling out is 1. paying attention, and 2. prepared to take the risk, because ultimately that's what it is, that they've interpreted your headlight flash/hand wave as a signal that you're letting them out.

I do enough miles to know the majority of drivers don't pull out when you let them. Quicker and easier not to bother.

Agreed. You can see the cab bobbing up as he comes off the brakes.

He clearly wants to teach the Audi a lesson there. OK the Audi is in the wrong but that is awful driving from a professional driver.

yes Many times I've tried to let someone out and they just sit there with thumb up backside, oblivious to the world around them.

Indeed, however who knows what was behind the lorry. Would rather he hit the clown in the van as opposed to some poor sod behind him being caught in a pile up.

I wonder how much longer the truck would take to stop with 38 tons of bananas on board though?
