I had my 997 mk 2 serviced in porsche solihull in December just before Christmas 2016 it's a 2011 model.
Since coming back there has been horrendous condensation and despite charging me for an interior bulb replacement that is still it working. I called between Christmas and new year and was given a date of 23rd Jan to look at the problems.
Fast forward to today and I get a call and video to say the condensation is caused by a huge a leak and that they want 1000 to replace 2 corroded controllers one for Windows and one for the reverse sensor. This does not include finding the source of the leak or repairing it.
My car was dry and had never had condensation before going to the garage.
Taking that aside the dealer admitted tonight that the interior light wasn't working still because despite charging me 17 pound to replace the bulb they did not.
How on earth can i have faith that they carried out elements of the service correctly? Did they check my belts at extra charges and such like or just add it to their job card and move on.
Furthermore with the corrosion they are saying it shows sign of more than a month damp (right time line for serivce). When it went for service I said the windows were an issue but they did not run diagnostics and are trying to say a leak wouldn't be picked up. That's odd because on my 996 everytime I sent it in they ran diagnostics and it had over 100 issues including leaks!
If a dealer has admitted to lying about carrying out and charging for work how can we move forward. My car is stripped down. Several helpful piston heads did mention on my original post that hoses can be knocked loose during service etc.
I welcome some advice. I can't collect my car as I can't get out at the moment and I do not have the money to pay for corroded controllers with no fix put in place either.
Very sad car owner.

Looks like you are stuck. Door membrane is a common source, but they'd know that.
