Sounds great but then you have 2/3 cars from the same decade which breaks the current rules!

Don't mean to put a downer on the OP's choices or anything but I'm not enjoying the new 100K garage format. I personally thought it was more enjoyable how it was, being able to choose whatever you like within the 100K. I have tried to put a garage together using this format but I couldn't find 4 cars from the different decades that I was actually interested in within budget. Could just be me!

No it's not just you! Don't know why we have to have this silly rule (or the previous FWD/RWD/AWD one). Can't we just go back to the simple 'whatever, and however many, you like up to £100k' rule?

I'd be going for similar types of car, but my M5 would be an E39, my 205 GTI would be a Renaultsport Clio 182 Trophy, the 911 would likely be a 997 Carrera S, and the Land Rover a more modern one with a 300TDi as a pickup. Full rollcage. ARB diff lockers, lift kit etc.

I ignored that too.

No mate that didn't last very long, even that was better than current rules though. At the moment we are supposed to choose 1 car from the 70's, 80's, 90's and 00's.
