Normal production replacement for F12.
Is it really?If that's true, must say I'm impressed and it's pretty commendable that all 4 recent facelifts Ferrari have done have been proper, in-depth updates both to the styling and the tech aspects.
Cali -> Cali T
458 -> 488
FF -> GTC4
f12 -> 812
I particularly like the new rear-end design language particularly in the 2 latest facelifts.

I think the main issue here is that will the car really have 800bhp. I've drag raced F12 and 458 Italia and Speciale many times at VMAX in a manual 9e tuned 650 bhp 997 turbo and they have never had the legs on me which I find very odd certainly for Speciale and F12. If you speak to Iain Litchfield he's never come across a 458 Italia make more than 500bhp at the crank on his mama dyno which is very accurate. Very tempting if its the real deal but disappointing they have felt the need to switch to EPAS.

I have yet to see anyone get out of an F12 and not be absolutely gobsmacked - it's the car Clarkson said had "too much power" and the TDF is the car which Harris said "made the argument about manual vs paddles irrelevant because you could not keep-up with a manual"Whatever the numbers may be - I don't think there are many disappointed owners or even drivers of the things and it's all old-fashioned NA noise...
That 1 lap in which Harris destroyed an entire set of rears suggests to me that the car has sufficient thrust whatever numbers someone may get from it - there are, of course, people who will boost that if you feel the need, although Ferrari seem to be doing that at a rate-of-knots
Woebetide people selling the old ones ofc...

Looks like there's a lot of aero stuff going on, more than the F12. The bonnet inlets to the outlets behind the front wheels to move air to the side of the car are still there, and probably doing more. This has got something going on with inlets and outlets from below the side window to above and behind the rear wheel too. I can't tell what that would do, unless it's an air spoiler like the DB11.

Doesn't get me excited at all. Getting tired of these cars. Very ugly. And why? Because of 'aerodynamics'? Why need so much aerodynamics? And why even more power then an F12? It will probably also sound very artificial. Please Ferrari, spent the money on a nice elegant design for exterior AND interior (don't they all look like plastic nintendo's on the inside?) and some weightsavings. And this comes from someone who drives a 997 turbo daily and a 550 Maranello in the weekends (the last true manual frontengined V12 Ferrari imho)....Whatever the numbers may be - I don't think there are many disappointed owners or even drivers of the things and it's all old-fashioned NA noise...
