Would a timber garage suit ?

They tend to be better built than sheds and are easy(ish) to move.

When I was in a similar situation I built myself a 12x12 shed using CLS and shiplap - I built it in 6x6 panels to make it easy to move - however when I added it all up it cost circa £1200 (including labour) but the benefit was I was well built and had rooflights instead of windows.

I'm not familiar with Asgard, but on the figures you've just outlined, and with all the other stuff going on in your life, I'd personally bite the bullet and get the experts in to do it properly. You can always recycle it later too.
