3 Bed in Surrey

Selling my 4 Bed in North Kingston, anyone know of a 3 bed which needs work done e.g. double glazing which is available for no more than 500k?

I know it's a long shot but preferably along the A3 somewhere in Surrey.

I don't know of a house but depending on where you want to be then 500k for a 3 bed do-er up-er should be ample budget. Outskirts of Woking or Guildford should be do-able.

Any in Byfleet or West Byfleet? Or places close by to Brooklands?

Good question, we drove around there last Saturday. Will keep looking.

Merrow and Burpham are pretty much right on the A3, Burpham more so, great schools in the Guildford area too, if that is something you need to take into consideration.

You shouldn't struggle to get a decent three bed for the money you are looking to spend in those areas.

Thank much, kids are in schools already in Surrey hence our preference for the A3 corridor.
