Clearly, you are basing all your theories on 3rd hand information from the net.
An OPC cannot sell a 2nd hand car for greater than list price while its is still in production. If you follow the Porsche threads and approved car locator, you will notice the GT4 and GT3 RS only appeared AFTER production has ended.
All this talk about DP selling cars to their family friends is ridiculous. Im sure there would be legal implications if they did so, furthermore any associated with this would lose their job and possibly even the franchise (if a franchised dealer).
Im guessing you came to the GT4 thread after Porsche GB told OPC's to pull the plug on any adverts they had, hence why you didnt see any. At the time of release OPC's where free to advertise from the off, ie they could sell them as soon as they could. An OPC cannot sell a 2nd hand car for greater than list price while its is still in production. Porsche started to get some PR backlash and said no more to the OPC's, hence why the disappeared from the locator section. Again, if you had been in that thread from the start then youd have seen the comments about the DP selling one to his wife who then spun it on.
I guess im also lying about the guy who i brought a cage from selling his GT4 before it was even in country as well arent i.

Awww. Bless. Such wide eyed innocence. It is not internet rumour. I've seen and experienced it closely. No doubt it varies from OPC to OPC, but I have seen some very dubious activities. All this talk about DP selling cars to their family friends is ridiculous. Still, if you want to think the buying process for limited run Porsches is open, transparent and fair across the entire OPC network, then crack on. No doubt you believe in unicorns as well.

But what I will say is if you have experienced dubious activities, then please do post it up - this needs to be reported

Seems unlikely that Porsche would finally admit that the 50 years of engineering fanaticism to overcome a fundamental engineering flaw, would have been better solved by just admitting the incompatability of using the people's car as the basis for a sports car.
Perhaps they will finally admit it.
Nail. Head.Perhaps they will finally admit it.
Of course a car that doesn't need the rear seats should be mid-engined.
