Wow, "damage" really? You're honestly thinking that this is damage? I mean really? You're not just trolling?

I agree with the rest on this one.

Stop being such a massive fanny.

OMG there's a massive dent there in the shape of a triangle! OP reject it now! Oh... that's to indicate the jacking point...
I thought it was a pic of the o/s rear wheel arch and the white bit to the left is the rear bumper, non?

"Front face" of rear wheel arch trim.

OK. But it'll still be sorted with a bucket of car shampoo and sponge in approx 30 seconds. Do people really complain to this degree over such ridiculous stuff? What is wrong with people? rolleyes

TBH they'd be best off just crushing it. Not much worth salvaging off that wreck.

So to keep a whiney customer happy they have agreed to replace it only for it to happen again within 6 months time?

So, after crying on here, you then decided to speak to the dealer who has now rectified the issue to your satisfaction.

Why didn't you do that at 9.00am instead?

How the fk do you get through the day on your own?

Do you have someone help you?

They're going to clean up your existing trim with a hair dryer / boot polish, then apply some clingfilm wink

Is it a TFSI engine?

Ask them for a new engine now before it gets to that point

After 6k the bumper on my now ex Fiesta ST180 looked like it had been shot at, the paint was peeling off the wheels and some of the leather on the drivers seat was cracking. Not one fk given, it's a consequence of using the thing. Move on with your life.

some want to know now. See Andy's post above. It's common enough.

An excerpt from an email from the dealer "a very hostile environment possible affected by stone’s & road debris flicked up by the wheels, although it should be able to cope with this"

In short the car is going in and will be repaired FOC. I could care less what anyone thinks. The dealer agrees with me so that is all that matters.

I wouldn't drive it. Doesn't look road legal.
