Take your private number plate off and trade it in to a wee independent trader. Don't mention any of the issues. I've punted quite a few lemons into the trade works everytime. Only once did I get a phone call back.
I had a dealer phone me a couple of days after I P/Ex'd in a car once. Told me the car I traded in had a slipping clutch. Not too sure what he expected me to do. Maybe I should have asked if he would like me to pay to have his car repaired? Then again...Edited by Shore on Saturday 18th March 17:05
