They are clever buggers, trying to take money with both paws, the upper middle class and the low trodden workers!

And that's ignoring the folk going to a German supermarket with a VW labelled trolley...

The one thing Sainsbury's seem to have been good at since January is putting up prices , huge rises in some cases. Most of the instances I know of are home grown produce as well.

I know there have been rises over other outlets as well, but Sainsbury's certainly come across as very expensive.

That's why I stopped using them, many years ago.

Lord Sainsbury buddying up to Blair didn't help, either...hehe
