Shocking Driving Standards

If you think it's irrelevant ignore it, rather than going on about it.
Trying to educate the op to the ways of piston heads. No one could care less if his kids were in the car or not. It's the bad inconsiderate driving that's important. He would have got a better and non mumsnet / school holidays type response if he had worded the post better.ChevronB19 said:
Is it school hols already? If the op's post is accurate, then there's absolutely no excuse to drive like that in a public road. In fact unless it was a drift day, there's no excuse to drive like that on a circuit.
Can't understand why the op is getting slammed like this - I'm a bit more forgiving of bad driving if I'm on my own in the car, but if my daughter is in with me it just brings home the potential consequences a bit more. Having a brother in law who's a paramedic brings it home even more so.
I can't stand idiot drivers on the road. I was nearly driven into at high speed by a stupid woman earlier whilst out riding my bike. Single track back lane, she approaches at a hell of a rate of knots, doesn't even slow down and passes me so fast that the cars hurls stones, muck and gravel all over me from the side of the road. That hurt, but I'm glad I moved and she didn't hit me head on. fking moron. Can't understand why the op is getting slammed like this - I'm a bit more forgiving of bad driving if I'm on my own in the car, but if my daughter is in with me it just brings home the potential consequences a bit more. Thing is, this is an internet forum. Some people won't take it seriously and some will joke. It's just banter at the end of the day.
I don't think anyone on here who is sensible behind the wheel would do the same as Mr Supra. Doesn't hurt to joke about it though.
