You can have any colour you like, so long as it isn't black?

There's a nasty shade of green available on Mercedes at the moment, I've seen a couple of A-Class with it. The pictures make it look better than the real cars.

Yup, black was extra cost, special order only on a few selected models back then. My second 1974 Escort RS2000 was a special order in factory black.

This Fiat Coupe LE "Primer" edition is my least favourite colour.

Different strokes of different folks, as I love it!
My mate loves it too. I remember there was one in the Fiat dealer I worked at and I thought it wasn't finished.

I once had a VW Bora in "Desert Beige" - or "Jewish Racing Gold" as it was more affectionately known.

Awful colour. Only redeeming feature is that it always, always looked clean.

Pic of colour, not of my car:

I always loathed this colour on the Jaguar X300. Many an otherwise lovely XJR6 was ruined with this tasteless mid 90s trend.

Horrendous name. Horrendous colour. Mid 80's Beryll Metallic from Mercedes.

That's a lovely colour. The W126 is always a handsome thing, but it looks beautiful here.

I don't positively dislike this colour, but I wouldn't have chosen it!

There are some truly revolting colours for Fiat 500's. Coincidentally, a lot of them seem to live near me!

Nobody's mentioned it yet, so here is the obligatory Pheonix yellow M3. Like a kinda cross between piss yellow & puke green.

Maroon is a good candidate for the very worst.

I can't say I can think of a good example of gold either.

I had ,from memory,4 Fords with colours off that list.
Onyx green Escort Sport MK1
Modena green Capri RS3100
Sahara beige Cortina MK3
Diamond white RS2000 MK2.

To answer the thread, grey, everything is grey nowadays.

Grey people in grey cars, driving in grey cities in grey weather.

Bright colours are good.

One of my cars is silver grey, see username....getmecoat...so I've jazzed it up with stickers.

The one colour - ONE COLOUR that irritates me beyond all else is BMW's Singapore Grey.

I can't tell if its black or grey from a distance and it messes with my mind! It ends up looking like a dirty black, almost. Personal opinion of course
