My wife is currently pretty frosty with me for spending £630 plus the tax in the DVLA auction for A110 DCT to go on my Alpine. It wasn't that I couldn't afford it or that I should've talked to her first before spending the cash. It seems to be because it will make me look like a massive c*ck and that I "no longer have to worry about dirt on the passenger side floor mat". Happy days frown

lol, WTF

Spaced as it should be, it's just a normal plate (albeit older-style) that most non-car-geek people wouldn't have the slightest clue about.

She appears to be suggesting it will make you look like you have a BO55 plate so she will never be seen dead in it? lol

Seems like you might have had a double-win if that is the case wink

The plate AMV8 has been on numerous Aston Martin press cars over the years. I saw it in Barnet yesterday on an orange DBX

I saw a 928 with a strong 928***plate last year and in reaction to your post I thought it might have been this one. But with deeper thought I've realised the car I saw was later. I reckon it will have been 928GTS. No photo because driving- Spitfire Link, Winchester
