In-jokes are probably kept just that if they risk making you look a prat I would think.

Although if I saw the plate I wouldn't think much. The 66 looks nothing like an A, so I think your injoke is safe.

I bought OH10 RDW to go on it.
I have no idea what the SL has to do with it. Is it supposed to be Oh Lord W?

I would be more inclined to read Ohio and random letters

Get a moped and stick it on that, you can look forward to the nodding smiles, approval and abuse from all generations.

Judging by your desire to tell us everything about yourself and lifestyle, a person plate is highly appropriate.

I do think this is key, it needs to be on the right car. A Golf R with popz'n'bangz would be ideal. Or a really ratty 90s saloon. Put it on anything expensive and people will just make snap judgements about how you paid for it.

That's one of the reasons why I like it.

It's a most suitable plate for a banker.

When I sold motorbikes, I allocated one of our plates to a girl who bought a new moped.

It was PUH 55Y but, being on separate lines, she never twigged. That was funny.

Bonus points if it was a Puch moped.

I see what you did there! Well, actually, I hope you didn’t do it.

You’re joking to get some wind up comments I guess? If not I’m glad you have a sensible wife.

I just bought a shed for tip and station runs. Reg starts "BJ08". My wife looked at it and said "blow job" which I thought was very childish, because I'd failed to notice it.

I've always thought private plates were W44 NKY as it gets but have ended up with one because it came on a car I bought. I hadn't even realised it wasn't the standard plate though, so like yours it doesn't have the small dick energy that most plates bring to the road hehe

If you're looking at SLs you might be interested to know the R231 is taking a huge, savage beating at trade which should filter through into private and retail soon.

A mid miles SL500 is ~£20k now and early SL350s are down to £13k with 40k on the clock, this is also putting significant downward pressure on R230 values; there is a dealer trade in 2010 SL63 AMG in blue with 51k on the clock and a CAP of £17,600 going through at BCA on Monday. If I'd spent £15k on a 300bhp SL500 in lockdown because I was bored I think I'd be feeling a bit sad.

The R230 is much prettier, but the R231 is a much better car.

Anyway, back to W66 NNKing about plates hehe
Thanks, that's helpful.

Man who spent money on attention seeking numberplate to get noticed by total strangers also seeks attention online from total strangers.

Have you considered less money on numberplates, more on mental health professionals? hehe

Joking aside that would make me smirk if I saw it, particularly if it was on something wk like an Audi S Line Black Edition Ultra Night Limited Edition ARSE-Tronic.
Tried therapy.....sniggering like a child is cheaper.
