Thats funny, I don't think it had them last year so maybe the last owner didn't have it for long. It was difficult to sell when I had it without the Recaros, but I never had a problem with the standard seats.

Anybody on here have my old Series 1 RS Turbo? C171 CBU.

I was gobsmacked to see it in the background of an advert for a Ford event in Yorkshire(?) last year. Been off the road for ages and recently popped up as being MOT'd and taxed.

Would love to see any pics and hear of any restoration that's been done.

Have you it’s registration number ?
If so, you can get the cars Vin number.

Registration number ? Very likely to have been scrapped in the 3+ years since it was last MoT'd.

Trying to find my old VW Corrado VR6 reg number K733EYW. If anyone has any suggestion on how to locate i would love to hear from you. I have checked and it hasn’t been MOT’ed since 2011 but isn’t registered as scrapped so fingers crossed its still out there somewhere in a restorable condition.

Trying to understand what the information is telling me. Our old runaround sold in 2018. FN02 LSU

Looked up registration on DVLA site. Vehicle not found.
MoT history check, continued after that, last mot expired March 22.
Does that indicate it's been scrapped? Where can you look for records of scrapped certificate issue?

Until then after we got rid it was used by a local garage as a customer loan car and employee runaround, but disappeared rather abruptly when a new owner took over, " not messing about with loan cars". A retained employee would have bought it off them but not given the chance and doesn't want to make waves.

Never owned the car, never seen it, but came across the reg by pure chance after entering the wrong reg for another car I was checking.

Car is on nearly 330k miles, it is pretty much the highest mileage I’ve seen on a petrol car, apart from Prius’ (though they’re hybrids)
And I am impressed that a Geartronic has managed that mileage. It’s probably also why the car is now off the road…
