Do not try this, its not safe. Be careful hitting the sidewalls of the tyres as people have suggested, if you damage the sidewall, you then have a defective tyre.

Kick with soft trainers - as alerady suggested.

Clean faces with wire brush.

Copper grease lightly the mating faces.

Never have the problem again....
