I was sitting on the seat at the front of the back section facing a mate behind me next thing I knew my arm was hanging out of my shoulder. Much pain. The bus company always claimed the bollard failed and it seemed there was no way to prove otherwise - I still reckon the bus driver did what that lot were doing.

The bell post I smashed into was bent and the bolts were pulled out of the ceiling.

I did sue, and it paid for my car. Bastards.
