NAC's problem would go away and our friend from Worcestershire would have trousered a nice profit for simply spotting the opportunity and putting out an 'inspired' press release.
As everyone here seems to agree, it beats selling cars for a living.
Perhaps Mr Riley has actually spotted the ONLY way to make a profit from the Automotive industry in the UK?

Great to hear. Where, can I ask, is the factory? When did Riley acquire rights to the car? How advanced is work to redevelop the original vehicle into something better and more affordable? When will there be running prototypes? Is the funding now closed?
Without some solid answers to the above, this is as fanciful as my plan to start a Formula One team.

Sorry Hendry, can't give out any details just yet, might prejudice matters ;-)
Of course, given previous failed attempts in this country at getting low volume projects off the ground, I can understand Mr Riley suffering waves of pessimism in the meantime (for example check the other thread running at the moment which seems to be populated by foaming-at-the-mouth Porsche fanatics ;-) )
