W!arning.... bottles thrown at vehicles

I must be lucky, the worst I've had thrown at me was a half eaten sandwich...
Actually I tell a lie, sat in a school car park some chav kids threw a bottle of mineral water at the car - just bounced off the bonnet, no damage.
Thing is, they know there is no comeback.
In days of yore they knew they were risking a clip round the ear - or a sound hiding - and after one or two of them you would think twice.
What's to stop them now? School wouldn't give a monkeys if they had done damage, would just point at signs saying "park at your own risk", parents wouldn't care.
