It's worth reading. But nothing new there.

I've seen a copy at a show on a book stall for £250. I've also seen a copy on Amazon for £90.

Amazon are currently showing a price spread of £120 upto, wait for it, £2,359! Vast majority are £150 to £200 though.

I checked on eBay and there was a few at ~£150 that had sold, not that I'd ever sell mine.

Did this video get linked?

To Flemke/Peleton/Hurst

Do we know what the full list of mods to Flemkes car is? I remember the wheels being 19" version of original. Did he ever get PAS fitted? Ceramic front brakes? More manufacturers out there fitting them on road cars. (Audi for example) So maybe more options?

Related, did any other F1 owners consider his mods for their own cars?

I'm sure Mr F / Joe911 could enlghten us with that info more than myself [in particular]. In the meantime to add to your list and to quote Mr F

Binnacle surround carbon, plates underneath the horizontal controls/gearstick now black anodised, same for little kidney panels behind light switch, etc on binnacle, steering wheel, gear knob, both pairs of door pulls, passenger seat padding, carpets, driver's safety harness, trimmed panels directly behind driver's seat gone, main beam and horn paddles. Those are what come to mind atm

I seem to recall Mr F answering sort of the question but have been unable to find it in the past half hour or so of searching and reading back pages of this thread smile

From memory (so this may well be wrong) the question asked previously was how much would Flemke sell the designs for, or maybe just would he sell the designs if another owner was interested. I think his response was that no other owners he knows have expressed an interest, but that if one did as the costs have been considerable he'd want there to be a sizeable donation to charity.

I got to see this one today smile

It's a lovely colour, and it was even more exciting to see as the TAG stickers have in the most case been replaced, having been removed relatively recently since being on the car from when it was new.

It went to Japan pretty much straight away after being built. It was shown in a few BEST motoring videos, like racing against a Toyota Supra on a long straight etc, and was in a few promotional viewings, wearing both the TAG stickers seen here as well as HEAD [tennis brand]. It was seen in Switzerland before eventually ending up over here in the UK

I believe the original owner may have been Japanese, although I can see where you thought it might by Ojjeh's what with the TAG link....

All I would say is that site doesn't appear to be the best way to maximise the price of the car.
