its true. we have more than our fair share of Piers, Tarquins and Natashas here, all of them thinking wearing an amusing hat (of some sort) with a barbour jacket and a rugby shirt collar turned up makes them a character, whilst they talk in over loud voices in pubs about that time they wore a hat (of some sort) and then rodders said i say im wearing a hat (of some sort), and then we all just went....
