When I booked it, I wasn't given the option - now I see there is one. Odd!

Did everyone read the small print of them delivering the car in the afternoon, meaning not being at the office for half a day?

Just a quick question about the test drives.
How far in advance do Avis contact you to arrange pick up etc?
I booked a midweek date, but I spy some weekend availability and would like to change my booking.
Do you think it would be possible to change and how do you do it?

I've just booked mine too, wanted a sport tourer thingy to see how good it is at swallowing mountain bikes! I wonder if they mind a bit of mud? smile

This is the only fly in the ointment for me too....

The missus and me are both at work (with no carpark) all day so it'd mean having to have Friday afternoon off to receive it and then Monday morning off while they pick it up..!

But then again....

cough, cough!!

Brilliant, just booked one for a weekend! Handy that as I was planning on quite a trip that weekend. 55mpg from a Laguna will be better than 30mpg from the 530i wink

I'm actually tempted to go down a Jeep dealer and test a Grand Cherokee thing for 48hrs but I'm not sure I can face wasting some poor dealers time. Doubt they sell that many as it is.
