I heard a story, which I am not sure is true, but this is how it went.

A man locally had a few cans of beer, rolled his truck. He got out called the police, they took about 15minutes to arrive. When they did arrive, they asked him what he was doing and he said he was having a drink to calm his nerves. Supposedly he got away with this, but got done for driving without due care and attention for rolling the truck...

Interesting post Lutz. I always wondered how they could tell when you'd had a drink.

Shouldn't have been able to convict her if the car was in the drive at the time.

Stupid!
A bloke at work was reported to the police for driving eraticaly and they came to his room 4 hours later, breathalysed him and did him for DD, he went to court and sure enough has been banned. This was 4 hours later, they examined the alcohol in his blood and it showed the alcohol in his blood must have been there at the time he had driven.

So yes she can be done for it.
You are referring to "a bloke at work" in Wisconsin?
No mate this isn't a made up "mate" i worked with him on 15 sqn RAF Lossiemouth, he's now out of the RAF because of it.
