has anyone ever spotted 1O on a car? My neighbour come over this morning to chat when I was in the garage and was telling me he had just spotted it on an average looking BMW in the Newcastle area?
It sold last year to somebody I would not expect to be driving around an "average" BMW...http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/7853400.stm
Am I missing something here?
HRH Prince Jefri Bolkiah of Brunei's MINI Cooper being a lovely example of somebody with a very expensive plate on a comparatively cheap run-around

Nice plate, but you'd have had a bump on the head paying that for it.
