Yes the same auction that included 1HRH also included 1O selling for £210,000. I don't think if you spend £200k+ on a number plate that you stick it on an average beemer!

There are so many reasons why somebody would want to have it on the average BMW . . . . . . . changed cars for something less obvious, temporarily on family hack until new Ferrari/Royce/Bentley/Lambo/VW etc arrives, owns a few expensive plates and has them on all household cars etc etc etc

HRH Prince Jefri Bolkiah of Brunei's MINI Cooper being a lovely example of somebody with a very expensive plate on a comparatively cheap run-around

So it isn't 100% that it isnt on a BMW? I see no reason why my neighbour would make it up?
