Now £10,995.
I reckon it'll need to be below £10k to sell.

Well, quite. Advertised at £10,995, go in there towards month end and offer to transfer all the nines in cash there and then and I'm sure you would get it.

I could be tempted as it is as new as they get and it has a lot of toys. But it has done more miles than my 550i and would be extra for road tax.

Yes, not an easy car to shift.

Expensive to run (fuel, VED) and insure too.

130k miles too.

My 10k would go elsewhere.

Had a 545i touring. Knowing the cost of keeping these on the road with a warranty wouldn't pay any more than 8 for it. Fantastic car but now old and leggy.

getting lucky would being someone coming up to you in the street and making an offer. Selling a car in 4 days more likely means he listed it in the right places, rather than banging it on 'trader for £900 a month and wondering why he only gets calls from scammers and pissheads. No such thing as bad weather, only inappropriate clothing, etc.

Morning.

This:

Rare E500 E Class Coupe. I quite like the looks and the colour. 425bhp Twin-turbo V8 and comfort. Pretty much complete & on the nose of thread budget. AMG badge would need to go.

Oh, quite. Any of the scarce manual big-engined 5ers are that modern paradox, a car which would have taken ages to shift in the pre-internet old local newspaper advert era, where only people within 10 miles get to hear about it, but will always attract attention when it can be web-searched by buyers far and wide. Especially if it's an estate.

pretty good nick, low miles, good spec... they even look like the economy isn't toooo bad (certainly for this thread!). Blurry photos though so not easy to get a proper idea... hate it when sellers do that

Momentous car. Cant help but think £12.5k is big money for a 7 year old car with £130k on the clock.
It was 13k when I posted it.
Now £11,995
As a trader you must be thinking this will take an age to shift? Even at 12 large its a lot of car to maintain.
I have one. They're no more than any other 5 to maintain. Fuel is a different story obviously.
Now £10,995.
£9,995
