I think this is better looking than the new model.
Great value too.

I have one, albeit not an AMG and I totally agree, when I heard a new one was coming out, I was excited but it lost a lot of what made the original so distinctive, not a bad looking car per se but lost the purity of the design which I think looks great from any angle, although I never thought he headlights were perhaps its best feature.Great value too.

With these, go for the latest you can get as the earlier ones had the daft SBC brakes and a few other niggles, that they sorted out towards then end of the run.
Wow. Be driven like royalty for the price of a Focus.

These are looking great value for a car that was around £90k new. I know it's a coupe, but it's a barge of a coupe!

Last example of the sort of cars that made BMW great? Decently powerful NASP I6 engine, manual gearbox, RWD. I'm tempted by that, knowing full well it'll be hell to shift on.
2 months later and it's still for sale. I watch several cars on Autotrader and either things are shifting slowly at the moment or I only like the cars nobody else wants...http://www4.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201...

I wouldn't really want an F10/11 on 18" runflats without adaptive suspension.
Good luck finding one - adaptive suspension seemed to be pretty much the rarest option on a Touring when I bought my 535i a couple of years ago. 18" is the smaller of the wheel sizes on the MSport versions, though, and there are plenty specced with the standard (not MSport) suspension if you're concerned about the ride.ATM said:

And moreover, surely the remit of this thread is to catch the initial free-fall depreciation of reasonably new, large, wafty executive cars? For the performance orientated stuff, there is the //M/Barge/General thread (confusing title notwithstanding).
For the old, cheap, potentially wallet-raping stuff there is the £1-5k Barge thread etc.

Quite like that as a barge but £17k for a 7 year old Merc? Still falling like a stone I suspect...http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/m...

Feel like a Harley street doctor for £16.5k.http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/2016...
No depreciation costs but running costs of the biblical variety.
I approve.
