Yes I had one - its a rare SWB - mine threw its telematics under warranty and cost £5k ..... to be honest its hard to tell the difference between a V8 and a V12 in everyday driving and the snob value soon wore off - thats not cheap either I sold my 2008 50k miles 5 years ago for £18k

The driver's side looks a bit of a different colour to the passenger one... I'd guess the previous owner may have liked unwashed denim?

Yes. You can buy a high mileage one for as low as £12k but most start at £14k. A couple of extra grand for a low mileage one with full MB history made sense to me when I bought it and hopefully will for the next buyer. The CLK63 can sometimes also be had around £15k and up but the C63 seems to refuse to go lower than £20k ish.
