I'm lovin the E-type too.. The later cars can look a bit ungainly but it's soooo much better now...

I like that stripe on the sides. BTW the car looks like very close to stock condition.

Both pics have the same set of wheels?
Nope, look closely they are slightly different. I think the top ones are Image wheels, dunno bout the 2nd. They are slightly different but enough to make me prefer the top ones.

thumbup

Mr Evans was there with it although he was only doing the odd bit of announcing.

This 'angle' will probably be appreciated by any 4x4'ers

I don't like e-types either, but he's got to work with what he's got.
I like E-types, but he's completely bloody ruined it.

Hmm, i don't mind the E, it is a late model so it is ok to mod, series 1 and 2 are no no's!!

Any details?, i know lynx did a 700bhp e type, Duncan Hamilton had it for sale for a while a couple of years back.

I know it's not an original thing to say but.. don't like those silly size wheels.
Good old minilites'll fix it. smile
I think the issue is minilites are 13 possibly 14inch and with a cosworth turbo lump you want some BIG brakes which clearly require at least 15s to clear.

Id have that car as it is any day of the week it is perfect.

dave
Look like original 3-dr Cosworth wheels so they are in keeping with the engine and being a Ford.

Agree about clearance for the brakes.

'RIPS' tuned GT-R34 (Stealth) - This car will hit 130mph in 10 secs and will apparently do in 4th gear '50 - 120' in 5 seconds yikes

Just needs to lose that rear spoiler and this car will be perfect IMO yum
