I have an even more controversioal observation. Although I adored the F40 as a 1980's teenager, I have to say it looks less ideal these days. As more time passes it is looking rather lumpy and akward. The slats and general 80's details inside and out look rather horrid now.

No it doesn't if you gave a 12 year old boy a set of felt tip pens and asked him to draw a Ferrari 5.99, he'd come up with that.The base car isn't Pininfarinas best work by any stretch of the imagination, the tacky body add-ons and liberal application of matt black sticky tape, does nothing to improve that.
