Those wheels look pretty crap tbh, and doesn't the M3's V8 rev to more than 6,500 rpm?

I think that's the correct rev counter. Looks like it goes higher than 6500.

Well, no st Sherlock. It's a conversion. He mentions both donor cars in the OP and how he made his M3 Touring from them.

A shame he didn't change that, don't know how difficult it would be to change the clocks now that he've put such a effort into it.

Erm, they are M3 clocks. The red line changes position as the car warms up.
