Ok so this isnt strictly a pistonheads garage (well not to my knowledge) but i think this qualifies:

I like that they mention how much money he supposedly has as part of the initial bullet points, get straight to the point lads!!! His house is thought to be worth more than a million pounds, no st sherlock.... i'd be dumbfounded if it wasn't

Anyway, what an awesome position to be in, all the keys on the kitchen table and a nice bright, sunny morning outside....

He really likes people to know what he has though, doesn't he? he did a feature in evo about picking up his P1 a while ago, he also was featured on a programme about Rolls Royce picking up his dubiously specced wraith, and now he has gone running to the daily mail with this story (and that's what i have noticed and i'm certainly not stalking him) he is certainly burning through his money since selling up in 2012 (i'd read in another article that it was £35m) Fair play to him, as long as he has enough left to stay comfortable into his dotage, then i suppose there's no point watching it rot in the bank

What's the relevance here? Where's the garage?

As has been said before this thread is not about going off to the internet and posting pictures of amazing garages (or showrooms full of cars) it's about garages people on Pistonheads own and want to chat about. Let's not clutter it up with spurious posts from the Daily Wail or elsewhere biggrin

I think he is, we met Paul and Selena at a friends wedding in Vancouver, great people and we're not at all jealous of the cars.
McClaren was at PH Supercar meeting at Wyton last year, gorgeous.

Is there a thread kicking about for people with distinctly average garages? I've gone back about 40 pages and decided I hate most of you wink

The Aston Martin plant inspiration for my garage:

Interesting that I was also inspired by the same AM One 77 plant. Got the same Dura Garage cabinets in the special white colour. But I chickened-out on the white floor. Very interested to read about your new floor coating which.

i like the super tidy ones, but in all reality they must bring there own issues to keep them looking super clean. Don't get me wrong i don't like working in a mess, but my garage is probably like most enthusiasts, that being a multi use room which is a place to paint, saw, drill, weld, spray, store etc etc.

Of course not... if they had, the 17mm socket would be missing! 😃

Well the pictures were taken when the garage was first installed and the tools were new. I'm not a mechanic but I do use them as a hobbyist for changing brake pads on the cars, working on my motorbike etc. and for a bit of handy-work around the house. I try to buy good quality tools in the hope that I will never have to buy the same tool again in my lifetime. smile

LOL! Hence, the storage in foam inserts (common practice in the aircraft industry) so that you never miss a tool again. wink

fair enough, I still have all the 'Gedore' tools I bought as a teenager with which I rebuilt my MGA nearly 40 years ago, I think it's the layers of greasy fingerprints that keep them rust free getmecoat

Cool! I need an old project car to enjoy working on. Modern ///M cars and GTx cars are best left to the professionals for serious work.
