Might not be the best garage, but it is kinda pretty outside.

And has shiny shiny inside.

Mine? No, it's not quite finished, needs the floor painting with epoxy, plus I want to put some second story storage in there too. Needs some extractor fans too, gets really hot and smelly when welding/spraying/grinding etc.

Just completed a rebuild and rejuvenation of some barns. The guys have done a great great job.

This is "Mans workshop"

This is a general garage created from a room filled with steel and rocks, broken walls and very leaking roof!!

And here are the two garages now completed!!!

Very pleased with the results!!
that is just incredible. Very tastefully done, motoring paradise! some cracking stock too. thumbup

Looks like a great workshop Griff but your floor/ramp combo is a candidate for THIS thread wink

But the light grey is perfectly central with the cabinets and rear wall so best focus on that smile

What's the big box hanging off the wall that looks like a 1980s station platform arrivals screen.

Perfect for a workshop - big enough to work in, small enough to heat.

Whilst the rather clinical, pristine 'showrooms' are nice enough, this is a 'proper' garage. Very envious.

The floor was 8.1mtrs internal and the tiles were 0.5mtrs square so i fitted the tiles with an equal cut down both sides so that it finished with a flat edge both sides.

I competed against Ken from Garage pride where i had the flooring and cabinets from for many seasons on the hillclimb scene. He persuaded me fit the tiles myseff and with the loan of guillotine type cutter and the purchase of a good jigsaw and bench it worked out ok.After making a couple of early mistakes i had the idea to use the square cardboard pieces that came between the tiles as templates which made things much easier.smile

The one in the photo is a Dimplex 6kw fan heater which has 2 heat options but i recently fitted a Dimplex 9kw fully programmable with temperature and 7 day timer option and also put one of these in the other garage at the front.
