In another 8 years time it will be a pile of rust on the floor and almost worthless....
And the ladies think cars are expensive to run!!!

Sadly it is not, going up might be a bit tricky! You can kind of see it at the end of the first shot, there is a car lift that runs up and down the middle of the building. The railings are removable with a couple of bolts and so move out the way and then on and off the hoist they go.

Good luck to you, that's a nice collection you have there. Because you need to dismantle stuff to access the cars I guess it's more of a museum in some senses. Pity you can't just whip the MGA out for a blast on a nice sunny morning... Yes Rich, the second level cars aren't to easy to get down and drive on my own although it is a doable. So I try to rotate what is up top and what is down below from time to time as all the downstairs cars head out a bit (I rarely drive my daily driver when the weather is good). For the photographer I put all the cars in their correct place etc but it's not usually that tidy!
As for favourite it is quite a tough call, however I used the 280SL as my main wedding car due to it being white (and having a roof, which I was told was essential for hair maintenance purposes) and therefore for sentimental reasons that's probably the one.
Custard test can be arranged, like a good magician you can pick a car before I make it disappear (or put something odd next to it)
