The car looks like a copy of the Marlin 5exi http://www.marlinsportscars.co.uk/5exi/

The Hoops.......

These are for safety first, but they do look a lot better when you see the car in the flesh....... This photo helps, and the mirrors look even better up close!

If my car hadn't just lost £12k in 3 months due to the market I would quite honestly have taken that offer up and bought one! Grr damned economy!

p.s. Planetdave knows a lot about what a re-circulating dump valve can sound like because the one on his 500hp 944 turbo sounds AMAZING if you back off the throttle too sharply! If he is indeed the chap that bought my car as I suspect!

Ben

Hmmm

It doesn't feel like 500 bhp and the name 'Ben' doesn't ring any bells though shirley it was from the West Midlands

Wasn't me old chap, I know who I bought my 952 from.

It's worryingly similar* to one of these (if you squint in a bad light). Fairly sure the GB doesn't have Paul Banham build quality though (thank feck).

That will teach me to guess the you may in fact be 'Dave' with a 944 turbo who has been reading this topic! Spooky you sould also own a 944 though! Superb choice. I spend far too much time thinking about having my one back!

Looks fantastic...

and very sensibly priced when compared to some other low and high volume cars of similar (or lower) specification and performance that cost silly money..
