There was one parked in Bewdley back in May - the fact I remember that nearly 5 months later should give an indication as to how much presence the car had, stunning!
I can imagine. Probably dwarfed St. Anne's Church for a start! As a reformed boy-racer around the 3 Wyre Forest towns, I have to say that Bewdley bridge, the gaps either side of St. Anne's, the Switchback etc. are not places I'd want to be threading this behemoth through!

I'm afraid the tone of this'test'was rather downmarket and more suited to the Continental GT. One does not 'mash' the accelerator of a proper Bentley nor should one ever be parked on a 'driveway'.
Although I can relate to the benign oversteering nature,my old Turbo R could be held in massive slides that terrified onlookers but felt perfectly safe from behind the wheel.

As i say about all cars of this type, it's 'cos i can' car. No other reason, it just exudes elegance and style - pure waftability.
Ideal for those folks for whom Aston Martin are just *too* down market.
Let's guess at Group 20 insurance and 15 mpg tops,
possibly 100-120 quid a fillup.

If you have to ask the cost you can not afford one

Best way to drive it fast through tight turns is swinging the tail out just a tad, so you can have a neutral slide
What exactly are the qualifications for being a PH journo? I can't see how this guy was in the least bit suitable...
Would have one of those over a Phantom Coupe in a shot.
I think we need a small number of automotive leviathons like this and when you look inside it almost seems like a bargain. Bearing in mind the average owner (at least when it's new) already has a fleet of other cars for the less-Bentley occasions I'd say it was a rather appealing buy.
