54!
I've sent all who have returned my details with a request. That's about 26 peeps . . .
All who'll reply later on that or anyone who still wants to participate on this can do so untill the 1st week of April.
No more polo though
For those interested: I'm in and around London 4 an 5 April.
One of these is coming.
ETA: Maybe spice up this topic and post up your DSR09-car

Polo payments last eve. I should have 'em next month and will put up a snap or two.
It could well be my gear when I'm in London 4 and 5 April.
I'll invite all go-ers without a polo for the entry-fee this week. To get a full picture.
And Joop! what's there to say? I guess all are pretty anxious and can't wait for the DSR09 to get cracking!
Q: could everyone get a hotel booking?
Dink.

Dutch Spring Run '09 recce today:
It looks like nothing from the outside but inside it's gorgeous. Perfectly suited for us DSR-posse with a fireplace for those who choose not to swim or sauna after our Italian antipasti menu. I'll join you lot for a cognac after I'd sweat it all out.
In our quest to get something to eat after 500 odd kms we bumped on our only exotic spot of the day:
The retired CEO oldtimer had a QP Masser for his last businesscar . . . after a series of fine Beemers. The guy got hooked and fell in love with the Italian magic. He made a garage search for a 328 GTS and they found this mint '89 beauty. Lovely chap talked passionately about cars for 30 mins before we got to snatch our plate of phat.
Joop!s Beemer in a minute.

I totally forgot the clock shifted an hour forwards for our silly Dutch habit that's called Summertime. So Joop! woke me up at 7 this morning.
What looked like a day full of drizzle turned out to be 12 hours in true DSR-stylee: sunshine all day!
Exactly what we needed to haul the 325i Coupe through our 565 kms routebook.
The day 1 lunchspot turned out to be closed and we found this place to have a coffee.
Look at the coupe idling here. Eager 215 brake 6 proved to be an excellent fast tourer in decent GT fashion.
Non original 18 inchers look more than OK on the sleek German. Grippy Michelins were happy on the wet.
Inside the car is pretty quiet. That's why I needed my window to be open. No straight 6 sounds as good as a BMW.
Thanx Joop! for a day well spent. Did you see the SatNav indication on the Autobahn?

Last weekend I checked out my mate Transmitter Mans 420 SEAC TVR roadster. We hooned about and had a most excellent and sunny weekend.
Sundaymorning - at 7! - a 30 odd PHers teamed up for a convoy to Goodwood brekkie. I met Andy, Steve and Jez as for DSR chappies and Bachi, Ken etc.
I'm currently filling the topic: a handfull snaps a day.

Enjoy.

See you guys at the bar at 9ish!
Top effort Oliver!
About the spider: last year it kept up with the best in the woods
Forecast: 16 deg C, sunny with a bit of rain here and there.
I'll hop in ragtops only for support!
Eric: I missed you on my list of 31. Are you in or out?
Aram & Elco joined in last night: old skool Skyline!
