I still dont get why you put your pimped cortina in every post?79 De Tomaso Longchamp GTS
we have, over the years, pointed out its more than a bit lame but you still do it?
I cant even understand why you would want to tell people you own such an ugly, unreliable POS ?

Gary,
Please, not again
Who's 'we', as no one else has complained?
I've always added my car in my sig.
It's my subtle way of raising awareness of the De Tomaso marque as relatively few were made and many a petrolhead has never seen one.
Reliability is proportional to maintainence and general upkeep, as with any car or motorcycle. Of course you speak from experience.
Now, let's get back to program.

My Fiat Coupe LE (Limited Edition) is one of approx 1400 worldwide, with 3-400 in the UK. Once Fiat had sold the car the customer was contacted to get their chest size. They were then given a (admittedly horrible!) jacket in their size with the car's LE number in it, corresponding with the numbered plaque in the car. (Mine's number 0110).
Interestingly, the UK got the first of these cars. At the time, the upgrades were more than just cosmetc. It was given lovely red and black recaro seats, a push start button, a 6 speed box, a strut brace and also some minor external paint accents various pieces of bodywork and wheels.
The upgrades were deemed successful so the 'plus' model was then rolled out under the same specs but not numbered as Limited Editions.

That jacket is comedy - Nice ride though - I'm VERY partial to a warbling 5 cylinder lumpInterestingly, the UK got the first of these cars. Heh. what a great caption for a 4 door family saloon with a few go-faster bits strapped on
I'm sure they're a bit more than that...Weren't they 300bhp+ once Rouse Sport had got their hands on them?
The in-law's one was certainly dyno'd at around 330bhp anyway.
