I don't have pictures but,VW scene boys with caddy vans that aren't.

They have a Seat Inca but put a VW badge on the front to be proper "scene".

Spotted 2 in the last few days who have done this.

I am no psychologist, however I can't help but feel that whoever owns that "M"420d has a bit of an inferiority complex. Perfectly good, aspirational car to own, and they go and dress it up as something it isn't.

Wasn't there a thread on here with some 420d guy who wanted to fit twin exhausts and de badge for 'improved aesthetics' and nothing to do with making it look like a more powerful model?

Quite a few misbadged cars yesterday in the west Midlands, including a crappy audi estate badged as an RS4 and an A3 as an S3.

The only one I caught on camera was this E320 badged as an E55 on the M40

Not sure if I've posted this before, but I saw it again yesterday so still counts...

Mini "Cooper S" convertible that clearly isn't an S, no scoop and a single offset exhaust...

Some people are strange...

At least it's a decent badge, not one of those cheap pieces of crap that reads "timbo".
