Great write up and awesome looking car!

Mine wasn't Sport Evo but I do miss it so much now that I can never bring myself to look at the pictures of it. In fact, I can rarely even bring myself to look at any pics of any E30 M3s as I know I'll never have another one like it cry

God that does look good. 20years old and frankly that looks showroom fresh well done to the current & previous owners for really keeping this is top condition.

I guess none of these ltd editions are used as daily drives instead just the std E30 M3. What are they like?
Thanks, yes I have owned this car since new and do try to keep it in pristine condition. However, the car does get driven - it has covered 75k miles. Nowadays it covers a couple of thousand miles annually.

It's a great everyday car, although not so practical with the spoilers extended. It is a comfortable 4 seater.

That looks like an EVO II. I had one in that colour (Nogaro Silver), #291 of 500.

Excellent write up and car. I had the pleasure of seeing this car in the flesh at Gaydon.

I swithered at wheather to restore mine . I'm glad i did now.

I feel your pain my brother! had a Cecotto for 5 years and sold it about 4 years ago, still not got over the loss, as you say i can barely even look at an M3 now, perhaps we need to set up 'E30 M3 Bereavement Councilling!'

And Gary do you remember when all those years ago (must be at least 8 or 9 years ago now?) Davy at BM Motors and I tried to convince you to get rid of it and buy an E36 M3 instead? Bet you're glad you stuck to your guns and didn't listen to us! laugh
