Not bad overall, but I really don't like the silver trim on the lower grill - looks very odd.

Looks quite neat. I'm guessing it'd get the 1.4TSI in at least one model, on the basis that Volkswagen would be a bunch of raving loons if it didn't.

The plastic on the dash moulding looks a little bit cheap'n'cheerful from the photo, but then again it's a Polo, not a Phaeton.

They'll probably be a Polo GTi too. 1.4 TSi I'd imagine, like the Ibiza Cupra.

1.4 TSI with about 180bhp should appear later in the GTI version

Yeah it does, should be pretty good me thinks. The Golf will also get the 1.2 TSI to replace the ancient 1.6 with same power output.

Strange how VW have taken their designs in this direction - More so the new golf, the front end just doesn't seem to "follow on" as well as the previous versions... Or maybe I am just talking down through the OXO Tower.
